THE BRISBANE MURDER. | BRISBANE, April 7. The old man Wharton, who "stuck up" and shot a settler named Munday, on the Toowong road, has confessed his guilt. He sayg that at the time he was out of control of himself, but he had no intention of injuring Munday. The revolver went off while he was trying to .crevent Munday from seizing him.
