7O TACTOKY 6IBIS JR.3NDEEED UNCONSCIOUS. (Received 7.20 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 7. Some miscreants sprinkled a quantity of arsenic on the lloov of a cotton factory at Pabinaee, in Poland. Seventy of the girls fell unconscious, and thirty were removed to the hospital.
