DETAILS OF CLAIM. (Received 7.29 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Messrs Burns, Ehilp and Co. s claim sets out that "believing themselves to have been treated by the German author ities with great injustice, grave illegality, they claim from the Government of Germany as compensation and in<J.-m----nity both as merchants and owners of the steamer Ysabel, for taxes illegally levied, for loss sustained through preven tiou of trading to the Caroline and Marshall Islands, for refusal to allow land to be acquired, for loss arising from dislocation of business, for every other loss and damage arising from the illegal aetiou of the authorities at tke Caroline and Marshall Islands, the sum of ten thousand pounds.
