I Received 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, January 16. Messrs. Tom Sullivan (formerly of North Shore, Auckland, ex-champion oarsman of England) and Mr. Spencer <Mlan (formerly of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand), in a pair-oar racer rescued tfree men who had been overturned in a boat at Hammersmith during a gale.
