WAIKATO NOTES.

HAMILTON, Monday. Mabel Beatrice Evans % aged 23, died this morning, after a long illness. Two accident cases were received in the Waikato Hospital on Saturday. Henry Shepherd was broflgbt from Wainear Kawhia. While, buah-felling a tree, falling unexpectedly, knocked him on a siw i inflicting a deep abdominal wound, however, is not likely to be serious.' A boy named McNaught was admitted from Te Kuiti with a broken collarbone, tbe result of a fall from a horse. On Saturday night the staff of the Hamilton "Telegraph" Office assembled to say good-bye to Mr Ef. J. Roche, who has been transferred to Neison, f and to present him with a travelling bag.
