AKARANA RIFLE CLUB.

The members of the Afcarana. Rifle Club held their first competitions of the soason on Saturday afternoon. The trophy for the "A" Class was a cop presented by Mr M. M. McCallum, the conditions being two wins in succession or. three at intervals. Mr T. Kcrr compiled tan splendid score of 90, and scored the first win. Mr A. Lethaii with the score of S)0, h.id his first win for the trophy sw<>n by the chib for the members of the •■B" Class. The ranges chosec were the 200 yard*. 500 yards, and 600 yards, seven shots at each. The attendance was large. The principal scores are detailed belowi— "A" Class.—Mr T. K>rr 99. Mr J.
