AUCKLAND HOSPITAL.
RESIGNATIONS FROM THE HONORARY STAFF. Two resignations have been received by the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board from members of the ■honorary medical staff of the Hospital. A fortnight ago Dr. Grant sent in a letter of resignation, and a similar communication was despatched yesterday by Dr. Bull. Both gentlemen refrained from giving their reasons for the step, and their res : gnations will be considered at the next meeting of the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board on Monday.
Dr. Stopford, who was called in to attend the la.te Mr Scott, whose sudden death is referred to in another column, has declined to give a certificate as to the caus.e It appears that Mr Scott is. stated to have sustained injuries in the crush at the footbaJl match, and under the circurostancee It wao felt that a post-mortem examination should be made.
