, 4 . (Received 8.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 19. Owing to the absence of the expected firsts, Manitoba wheat for the May delivery at Chicago fell to 108£ cents, but rose to 112 cents on the strength of adrices that rust was prevalent in Minnesota. Bat better reports later caused it toliecome unsettled. At the close of the Hie values were lower.
