POLITICAL ADDRESS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DTJNEDLN, Wednesday. Mr J. F. Arnold, M.H.R, addressed his constituents last evening. There was a moderate attendance. His speech was to a considerable extent in reply to" Mr Massey. He said he would not be but-* prised to see a dissolution next session* over the question of freehold v. lease-? hold. He advocated a reduction of ilsV' per cent, in the quota to country di*' tricts. A vote of thanks and confident*- v " was carried. The chairman, on l behalf;'; of all sections of the community, pie-v, sented Mr Arnold with a substantial - * purse of sovereigns, in recognition of ' past services. -', --.
