Mr W. F. Buckland. of the Waikato, had a splendid collection of chrysanthemum blooms at the New Plymouth show, and was the principal prizetaker in the class. The exhibitor, who is an amateur grower, is applauded by the ,s Tarana!:i Herald" for his great enterprise in Bending his blooms such a lons distance for exhibition. Irish linen damask and tablecloths, large special purchase, superior quality goods, selling much under price at Poishbrook and Bridgman's.—(Ad.)
