Restrictions placed on the importatios of Queensland produce by New SoutS Wales'in consequence of plague has created consternation in commercial eireiea. INCOME TAX DECISION. (Received 10.35 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. A question came before the full Court as to whether a company could claim deductions from profits earned in Queens* land of interest payable to debenture holders in London. The Court ruled that the Income Tax Commissioner was wrong in not allowing such deduction* QUARANTINE REGULATIONS. SYDNEY, February 12. The Board of Health released all persons from quarantine to-day, and unless another outbreak occurs, will not require i passengers from New Zealand to be vacI cinated. Steamers are, however, required Jto stop at the heads for examination unjtil further notice. The Waikare arrived at five p.m., and after examination landjed all her passengers.
