JUST SO.
"I say, old man," said a gentleman to his friend, the other day, on meeting him in the street. "I see it is impossible for a man to marry his widow's, cousin."
"You mean," said his friend, "his de ceased wife's sister."
"No, I don't," persisted the first speaker, "I mean just what I say."
"But, said his friend,, getting a little exasperated, "you're talking of the Deceased Wife's Sisters' Bill, are you not?"
"Nothing of the kind. Hoav can a man marry anyone when his wife's not a widow ?"
And then his friend made a lunge at him, but he was gone.
