ACCIDENTALLY KILLED
STOREKEEPER SHOT BY A CONSTABLE.

WELLINGTON, this day.
News has been received here that a man named Thomas Reid, a storekeeper at Mangatainoka, was accidentally shot in the leg yesterday by Constable Shearch. The injured man subsequently died in Pahiatua hospital.
