''Bear" operations have forced' a 3ens «ional.aecline in cotton in New York. i* enormous sales have caused a fall of 9 dollars 50 cents per bale on August °P»ons, from prices reached at the end J 1 June. The ''bull" clique lost £400,000. " is expected that manufacturers will low begin buying again.
