The Drunk List.—James Thomas Trueman, a prohibited.. perSon with a bad record for drunkenness, appeared for the third time within six montliH for the usual olTence, ami was fined 20/. Emma Sldventon was fined 5/, a first offender was convicted and discharged, and three others who did not face the Court for feited their T3aP.. After the Battle.—Peter De Valley and William Williams pleaded guilty to using threatening language and causing a breach of the peace in Queen-street. They could hardly have done otherwise, for ' their faces' gave them away, both being patched with stiek'ing plaster. They were fined 20/ and costs.
