SALE OF BLOOD STOCK.

The seventeenth annual sale of the Wellington Park yearlings was proceeding at Mr. Morrin's stud farm this afternoon, Mr. Henry Nolan, of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, acting as auctioneer. There was a large attendance of bidders. The sale proved a highly successful one, 27 lots realising 5370 guineas. The following are details of the lots sold: Brown colt, by Hotchkiss from Cressy, 40 guineas, Mr Zimmerman, Taranaki. Brown filly, by Phoebus Apollo from Harpist, 35 guineas, Walter Clifford.
