The holidays passed off very successfully. The athletic and cycling sports at Richmond Park were largely attended, the new cycling track being much appreciated. In cycling, Mansfordwon the nii'le amateur, A. Stewart the mile and two miles cash, S. Coleman the two-mile amateur. H. G. Highland won the three-mile amateur, McCurrison being second. Mansford won the live-mile amateur, H. McCabe won the threemile cash, and W. J. Mill the five-mile cash.
