THIRD SERIES OF CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES. FINE SCORING BY GORDON. Fine weather and fast wickets prevailed on Saturday a-fternopn, when the third aeries of the championship matches were .'ommenced. Scoring was generally good, and in both of the senior matches the second centuT-y was passed.
