REMUERA BOWLING CLUB.
The Remuera Bowling Club's winter green presented a pleasing spectacle on Saturday afternoon, each rink being fully taken up. The large green and croquet lawns, together with the surroundings, are looking remarkably well. There are extensive improvements being completed in anticipation of a big season. It is expected that the green will be opened on Saturday, November Ist. MOUNT ALBERT CLUB. The Mount Albert Club's green was opened for play on Saturday afternoon, the green being in excellent order There was a go 3d attendance of mom' — r and an enjoyable afternoon was An "at-home" is to be hold later in the season.
