The second ballots at the French elections have resulted- in the return of all the members of the Ministry.

LONDON', May 12
The death is announced of Captain Octavius Machell. the well-known sportsman, aged 65. He was formerly captain in the 14th Regiment and 59th Regiment, and took a keen interest in racing, shooting, cricket, hunting and athletics.
