A change has been made in the man* agement of this mine by the resigna« tion of Captain Francis Hodge. Mp F. A. Holdsworth, manager of the Royal Oak Company, has been ap« pointed to the position, and has commenced his duties. All the under* ground hands were discharged to-day, but pumping will be continued. It is to be hoped that work will be in full swing shortly. ,
