THE PREMIER'S INTENTIONS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. To-night's "Post" says it lis reported here that. Mr Seddon will.decline to accept the purse subscribed for him, and will suggest he has no objection to it being devoted, say, to the erecition in each of the centres of a memorial to New Zealanders who have fallen in Africa. The amounts subscribed are stated to be between £6.50 and £700 in Auckland,- £850 in Wellington, about. £700 in Christchurch.
