The new reef in the east drive still averages nine inches of quartz of a good description, and when breaking down gold was to be seen freely distributed through the ore Tho reef also carries excellent minerals. The drive east is now in nine feet. In. the west drive, the reef is ten inches thick, and the stone also shows dabs and colours of gold. This drive is now in seven feet.
