GRAFTON ROAD CIRCUIT.
The quarterly meeting- of the Grafion Road Methodist circuit was held on Tuesday evening in the Grafton Road Church. The balance-sheet showed that the receipts during the quarter were £141 1/.), and expenditure £129 5/4, thus reducing the debt to £56 11/3. On the motion of the Rev. 11. Bull, seconded by the Rev. ,). T. Pinfold, a cordial vote of thanks was tendered to Messrs. 11. M. Wallis and T. Cuddle for their services as circuit stewards during the past year, and they were re-appointed for the coming year. A vote of thanks was a?so passed to thie supernumerary preachers and to the local preachers of the Auckland and Manukau circuits for their acceptable ministrations during the year. The chairman reported that the income from the circuit for home missions would be in excess of £55. Mr Bull said he' would be at the Dunedin Conference, and Messrs. T. Buddie and H. Gilmore were also elected lay representatives, Messrs. Geo. Hatcher and .T. Rose being- substitute representatives. The next meeting1 was fixed for Tuesday, April Bth, at the Grafton Road Church.
