SUDDEN DEATH.

NAPIER, Friday.
A sodden death occurred on board the Zcalandia to-day ; while the res?cl was lying- alongside the Glasgow Wharf. The. deceased was Dr. Clinton Sturt, of Bulli, .near Sydney, who was suffering from heart disease, anil who was taking a sea trip for tH» benefit of his health. He originally booked a saloon passage fvom Syi}. nev to Auckland on October 23, bill finding the trip had benefited- hi* health considerably, he continued hi»: voyage-to Dunedin, and purposed re-' turning home on the same steam^ He was on his way back to Sydney, when he was taken sudder.lv ill, and expired soon afterwards. Ay inquest was held to-day, mul a verdict ot death from heart disease was returned.
