GISBORNE this day,
Heavy seas are running along the coast. The steamer Moura., with some 300 passengers for this port, including many Maoris, due yesterday afternoon, has been sighted near East Cape, and should arrive late this afternoon. The Tyser liner Star of England arrived in the roadstead after a forty-eight hours' passage.
