VOLUNTEER ARRANGEMENTS.
A Volunteer writes; " I shall be glad if you, in your columns, will allow me to make an enquiry as to whether the authorities intend to make any arrangements for feeding- us on. the occasion of the forthcoming Royal visit. No such arrangements were, made at the time the Imperial troops were here., save in one. or two solitary instances by company officers. This is a trifle, 1 know, but the neglect of trifles such as these does not tend to encourage volunteering."-—1 am, etc., " QUIZ."
