By-law Cases. —Richard Webster and Robert McLean were fined 10/ and 1/, respectively, with costs 7/, f or driving without lights after dark. Lewis Subridge was fined 10/ and costs (7/) for overloading a borough stage carriage, and another 10/ for driving without a license. '
Eva Tonge, charged with stealing a ring, was discharged, the Bench, after hearing- the evidence, remarking that they were satisfied on the evidence that there was no charge against the accused. Mr O'Meagher appeared f or the defence.
