YESTERDAY.
Breach of Bye-Laws. — William Hooker was fined 10/ and costs for obstructing the footpath in Sy-monds-street by placing goods thereon. Two similar charges against the defendant were withdrawn. Walter Airey, was fined 10/ and costs for riding a bicycle on the footpath of the Great North Road.
Breach of Prohibition Act—Harry Hawk was fined 10/ for being found on licensed premises while a prohibition order was out against him.
