At the Thames Warden's Court to-day special claims were recommended as follows:—John Nodder, Moonlight special quartz claim. Tairua, consented to by Minister of Mines; R. Farrell, Fulminate special quartz claim, Tairua: Ironcap Company, Ironcap special quartz claim, Tararu: Victoria Company, exchange of title to Victoria Special quartz claim, Thames ,- New Whau Company, amalgamation of New Whau and Freedom special claims. Tbe following Thames applications were granted: Ironcap Company, surrender of Troncap and Heart of Oak special claims. Tararu, for the purposes of title: Robert Inglis, permission to work the Advance claim with two men for six months; Tairua Broken Hills Company, permission to work several special quartz claims. Tairua. with two men each for six months.
