The Tientsin correspondent of the "Standard" states the Imperial Court is holding Clung and Li hung Chang responsible for the departure of the Allies by a given date.
The reactionaries intend to represent the withdrawal of the foreign troops as the result of the. Chinese Court's behest.
A renewed outbreak of troubles after the withdrawal of the foreign troops is seriously feared.
