,' Next Friday is the last day on which names * of children who will bring purses can be received. On Saturday next there will be a rehearsal by the children, at the ground in Glanville Terrace, Parnell, at 2.15 p.m.. and no children who are not there can take part in the ceremony on the day of ltiying the stone. Names to be' sent to the secretary. Mrs JucW, Wood-street, Ponsonby, and children to be on the ground in charge of parents or friends on the above date and hour.
