DIX'S GAIETY COMPANY.
' The usual week-end night audience assembled at the City Hall, on Saturday evening, Ihe building being crowded in every part. The various per« formers all"met with good reeepiitas,' encores being demanded' from each. Mr John Coleman was particularly, successful, having to give no" less than five songs. The Kisley act of. the. Tylers again won loud applause, the difficult and graceful feats they per* formed being all acknowledged; while the turn of Master Bert 'Ifo'ler. on the high trapeze was received, with "great favour. The contortion net of the Gonzales Sisters was very successful, and Miss Norah Martin was loudly encored for her rendering of several ballads. The Leslies again paused much laughter by their humorous act. To-night Miss Lottie Lome makes her re-appearance with the company, and the entertainment will be under the patronage of the Auckland warehousemen.
