RIVAL STEEL TRUSTS
NEW YORK, March 2.
The rival steel trust formed in America has a capital of £10,000,000 sterling. Mr. Pierpont Morgan, the head of the other trust, holds £40,----000,000 with which to fight. The commissions received by Mr. Pierpont Morgan buying and resellin^- the Pennsylvania Coal Company, ancl floating the New Jersey Central railroad bonds, amounted in twelve weeks to 11,750,000 dollars.
