COURT-MARTIAL.
LOSS OF H.M.S- SYBILLE.
LONDON, February 27. The court-martial regarding the loss of the cruiser Sj-bille sentenced Lieut, and Navigating Officer Herbert H. Hollant and Lieut. Herbert Cayley to lose two years' seniority and be dismissed the ship and reprimanded; Gunner dames J. Tapper, to lose six months' seniority, be dismissed the ship and reprimanded; Sub-Lieut. Alfred G. A. Street to be reprimanded.
