One of tae largest houses of the season assembled in the Agricultural Hail on Saturday evening in order to witness the Fi.lkr Co.'s enter in inment, which proved most attractive and thoroupMy amusing.- Mr Will. Diamond made his first appearance, and Jiis tine baritone,-voice was much admired. He also did well in the amusing comedies produced. Miss Jessie Verne's serio-comic songs were exceedingly good, and were loudly encored. Miss Lena Young sang her ballads with great success. Mr Geo. \ Williamson, Mr Will Watkins. and other members of the Company all ••> did well, and the whole made up an ' ■ftxcelleWt variety entertainment. A new rendering of the farce "Irish Justice" created intense amusement,.' To-night Miss Maud Faning, serio and coon singer, makes her first -appeari ance', • . j
