The second-class cruiser Sybille. is ashore ut Saldanha Bay, Cape Colony. The crew was saved.
I The Sybille is a twin-screw steel ship of 3400 tons displacement, and haw a speed of twenty knots. Her armament consists of six breeeh-liouding1 guns, six 4^ inch guns, nine li-pouud-ei'H, six ii-pounder quick-firing guns, and foili' inayaziiu' yuns.|
