Commission to Mil \ Morrison, M.H.R., of Cayersham. , THE VACANT JUDGESHIP. It is rumoured that Dr. Findlay will succeed Judge Martin as a Supreme Court Judge, but it is stated the appointment is dependent upon an aJ> rangemeni for his severance from the firm of gindlay and Dalziell. .
