ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT. A young1 man named Albert firnest Masters was indicted yesterday afternoon that on May 4, at the Thames, he committed an indecent assault on Bertha Keidman, a girl under the age of 16 years. Accused pleaded not guilty. He was defended by Mr Baume. The Hon. J. A. Tole prosecuted for the Crown. The girl alleged to be assaulted is nine years of age. The jury brought) in a verdict of not gaiilty.. A further charge against accused has yet to be heard. The, Court rose at Quarter to six.
