HONGKONG, September 2,
All excepting 80 Japanese and 60 British marines have been withdrawn' from Amoy. The remainder will be withdrawn shortly, -the Chinese authorities guaranteeing to maintain order. - The Japanese Consul at Amoy has been summoned to Tokio. i
