SYDNEY, September 2,

An impressive ceremony took place in the Town' Hall to-day in memory of the late King Humbert. About 5000 people were present. The Italian Consul, Mr Lyne (the Premier), Mr Barton, and Mr Reid delivered eulogiuros and resolutions of sympathy with Queen Margherita, the King and Queen, and the Italian nation, were carried. A troop of little maids, robed in white, laid wreaths of immortelles in front of a life-size painting of the late King.
