May Queen Extended shares sold today at 6d, and more were wanted at. the same price. Waihi Extendeds ao-ain sold at 1/1, and Tairua Broken Hills at 1/3. The latter shares were offered at 1/3, but no seller quoted. Talisman Consolidated -hares also sold at 8/3, with further demand at 8/. Barrier Reefs had buyers at 6/3. In standard lines buyers of Bank of New Zealands advanced to 10/6, but no sales resulted. N.Z. Accident Insurance shares also firmed, buyers offering 24/6, but no sellers quoted. Enquiries were made to-day for paidtip Kauri Timber Company shares, but as only 5/6 was offered no sales resulted. L.0.'8. timber shares were wanted at 27/6. Avondale Brick shares were enquired for at 19/6, and D.S.C. shares at S/.
