AUCKLAND FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION,
The annual meeting of the Auckland Football Association was held In the Occidental Hotel last evening, Mr J. Burgess presiding. The annual report, which summarised the doings of the past season, and the statement of accounts, showing a credit balance of £11 0/6 on the year's operations, were adopted as read. It was decided to open the season on Saturday, the 19th Inst. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as under:—Patron, His Excellency the Governor; vice-patron, His Worship the Mayor; president, Mr A. Heather; vice-presidents, us last year; secretary, Mr P. Hay; treasurer, Mr V. Heather; auditor, Mr E. J. G. P. Grevllle.

Grafton. v. H. 11.5. Pylades.—A match will be played to-morrow between a team from H.M.s. Pylades and Grafton. Gnii'tou: Backs, Knott, Harding, Wright, Hawkins, GolYlio, Stokes; forwards, Goldie, Bell, Brodic. Harris, Smart; emergencies, McDougall, Alcoek, Small. Referee, Mr Siuytlieinau.
