THAMES, this day. Crushing on. behalf of the New Whau Company commenced at the Fame and Fortune Company's battery this morning. The ore undergoing treatment was broken out from the rise on the Sons of Freedom reef above the No. 1 level. Crushing should be completed about the middle of next week.
