FENCOURT ESTATE BALLOT.

CAMBRIDGE, this day. At a meeting of the Land Board here yesterday the ballot for the Fencourt Estate resulted as follows: —150 acres, S. T. Jeffs; 113 acres, D. Davies; 179 acres, James Shaw;. 100 acres, John Brown; 147 acres, J. F. Goodwin; 91 acres, Wm. MeCormick; 175 acres, Wm. Aylward; 889 acres, H. Bainbridge; 174 acres, G. Hunter; 185 acres, C. Crouch; 56 acres, George Burns; 68 acres, W. Wallace; 50 acres, W. Crispe; 49 acres, C. Swayne; 58 acres, Geotrge Rose; 264 acres, H. Swayne; 492 acres, Miss A. L. Gibbons; 280 acres, John Stirling; 42 acres, T. Heslop. This leaves 15 sections still open for selection, but it is anticipated all but about four of them will be taken up forthwith.
