Alexander Boyle v. Alfred Buckland and Sons, claim £111 14/5, balance of account between the parties. —Mr Brookfielcl appeared for plain--1 tiff and Mr T. Cotter for defendants. A counter claim of £103 IS/ was lodged by defendants, this being- the 1 amount paid by them to the Assets Realisation Hoard for rent due by plaintiff, who had requested this on November 20 last. The question was whether the defendants had any right to pay the money over.
