SECOND EDITION NOW READY
Jn response to the demand for a high-class artistic memento of the Auckland Fourth Contingent, the proprietors of the "Graphic" have issued this week a special number of (lie journal, the chief feature of which will be a series of magnificent plates illustrating1 the departure of the Hough Riders from Auckland. There art' between sixteen and twenty pages of pictures in the issue, and these are printed on fine paper. So expense has been spared in making the production worthy of the occasion it commemorates. Last week's issue contained four photo-
gravures of the departure of the Rough Riders. Owing largely to these pictures the demand for the number was extraordinary. On the day after publication not a copy was to be had, and hundreds of people had to gO without. This week's issue in addition to containing' six times as many pictures of the great demonstration, is the special monthly mail number of the journal. As was anticipated, the demand for it has been enormous. The first edition published Wednesday morning was a specially large one, and it was sold out by noon the same day. The second edition is now on sale.
