Probate.— Probate was granted to (he executors named in the estates of Mercy Ellen Pain Coyle, David Cockhead, Win. Kara Taylor, John Ellis, Jlobt; M. Yond, James Murdoch, John Denize, Chas. Minchin, Alex'.. Farmer, Baptist Rnonl Once, Mary Alice Donaldson, John Marson, James Montgomerie, Alfred Freeman, Win,. Henry Brown well.
Administatiou. —Letters of administration were granted in the estates of Joseph McCarthy, Fredk. G.. Armsstrong, R. T. Wainhouse (granted in one surety of £150), Chas. Morton, Frances Jane Kelly, Alfred Opie Carter, Thos. Clearv.
Re Richard Best (deceased). —A motion for authority to pay debts out of assets, and a motion that administrator receive proof of debt of Bridget Mary Best, were ordered to stand over until next Chamber day.
Reid v. Century Motor Co.—Jn the matter of an action between John Reid plaintiff, and the Century Motor Co., and other defendants,, .summons to Sheriff on behalf of the plaintiff, to refund certain poundage moneys, £15 33/6, levied under writ of. sale. Mr Oli pliant appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Hugh Campbell for the Sheriff. The summons was dismissed with costs £2 2/. A motion re question of Sheriff's costs of interpleader wap adjourned until next Chamber day.
Millar v. Van Breda. —Summons for commission to .examine (Witnesses. By consent an order ns prayed was made. Affidavits by consent dispensed with. Evidence not to be taken before .'June:. Commission .returnable by Ist September.
Re Michael O'Halloran (deceased). Motion to appoint new executor. Order as prayed.
Re. Edward Coates (a lunatic). —Petition for inquiry. Order as prayed. Hearing' fixed at Asylum for Thursday, sth April, at 2.30 p.m.
He Benjamin Yale Asliwell (deceased). —Petition for sale of land, Ordered to stand over till 2Cth June, notice to be sent by mail on 10th inst. to all parties concerned.
A youth named Gordon Forbes, 10 • years of age. was riding round the track on a bicycle at tJie Domain today when a boy ran into him and upset the machine, with the result that Forbes' collarbone was fractured. He was taken to the Hospital by Mr E. T. Reid, where the bone was set. The injured lad is a son of Sergeant Forbes, of the local police force.
