SYDNEY, this day. Mr Crick states that the Eastern Extension Company agreed to the amendments made by the Premier's Conference, but disagreed w*h two of his, which he considers material, and he will not advise the Government, to 'give way. The first is that the Company must not increase rates till the Pacific is completed; the second that, the Company must pay income or any other Government or Municipal ta.VfS which they in the past were not re- i quired to do.
