The following is an exlrract from a letter which the Premier has just received from an influential and highly respected member of the House of Commons: —"I congratulate you on the splendid way in which New Zealand came to the liclp of the Mother Country. 1 do not think you know how greatly all the help shown by New Zealanders has cheered us here."
